- Our products once used will not qualify for a return/exchange.
- Your order is only eligible for a return if the product delivered has physical defects, or an incorrect item has been shipped to you. To issue a return, please submit your request on info@theusmstore.com.
- Please make sure you submit images/videos of the damaged/defected product along with your request for us to approve it. Any request without images will be rejected for a return/exchange.
- If your return request has been accepted, you can either avail a code for an amount equivalent to the order placed(valid up to 1 year of purchase), or have it exchanged.
- A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
